The ski facilities were good and the staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and had nice amenities. The Christmas decorations were lovely.
The hotel was located too far from the slopes and the shuttle service was limited. The food was so-so and overpriced.

This luxury hotel provides exclusive amenities, fulfilling all my needs. The service was of great quality, catering to my every desire. The Spa & wellness centre was particularly impressive, with a variety of treatments available, including massages and beauty treatments. I enjoyed spending time in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and the infinity pool with a stunning view. The restaurant had a varied menu and the food was delicious. The poolside snack bar was convenient for a quick bite.
The hotel could improve its live entertainment, as options were limited during my stay. The sun loungers were not very comfortable, which detracted from my relaxation time, but it was a minor issue.

Located in a beautiful area, the cocktail bar served a delicious Black Forest Gateau. Rooms were comfortable with large bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast offered plenty of options and the spa had a great pool and sauna. The hotel offered ski shuttle service and ski storage.

I had a great time at this hotel thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities amazed me. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely balcony and a spacious bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located close to the town center where I tried the delicious Black Forest Gateau, and it was easy to get down to the slopes with the shuttle service. The breakfast provided was of high quality, and the staff was always ready to assist me when I needed help.
